I finally got around to posing a recipe for you guys. It’s super quick and easy and sooo delicious.
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
3 tbps sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
As you can see, my little block of cheese is used a lot in our house, but I tried to make it look pretty for the picture 😛
First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Then, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until it becomes sticky and dough-like.
I used a spatula to mix everything. It’s easier to scrape the sides of the bowl.

Once everything is mixed together, spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and plop the mixture into the tin. I used a regular sized muffin tin for this recipe because I like the bigger biscuits, but you can use a mini muffin tin for this. The regular size muffin pan makes about 6 or 7 biscuits, if you want more just double the recipe.
Put those babies into the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
